Standard UK shipping (1-2 Working Days) is included in the item price. Alternative methods are available. If you require alternative shipping, please complete the transaction using the email checkout option, identifying your requirements in the 'Additional Information' field, and one of our sales advisors will contact you to complete the transaction.
Software License will generally be issued by email within 24 hours of the completed transaction
Warranty is provided on all our products. In all cases this is a Return to Base warranty. The warranty terms are as specified by the manufacturer. Gadget-Spot accepts no liability as resellers of these products, other than to facilitate the manufacturer's warranty terms.
Lenses and Pan and Tilt Devices are not stocked in large quantities, and in some cases these items may be on extended lead times. In such situations; on completion of your order you will be notified as to the actual shipping time expected. You are entitled to cancel your order within 24hours of this notification without charge, and any monies will be refunded in full.
Returns Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to
examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It
should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. Pre-recorded videotapes, DVDs,
CDs, minidiscs and other software must be sealed. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must
also be returned. A Returns Number MUST be obtained before returning any item. You are responsible for return postage and Gadget-Spot reserve the right to refund excluding outbound postage fees (ALL postage fees to non-mainland UK destinations will remain responsibility of the customer).
Any item returned that is not found to be faulty, or is found to be used will be subject to an additional return postage fee, and a £10.00+VAT handling charge.
WEEE Gadget Spot Limited is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us. See HERE for details
Upgrade Lens Options are sometimes shipped seperately to the main camera. In this instance a standard lens will be supplied with the camera, and the upgarde lens will follow..
